You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive anesthetic care. Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Assist in the management of anesthesia-related emergencies
  • Stay current with advancements in anesthesia practices and technologies

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current state licensure to practice as a CRNA
  • Experience in administering anesthesia in a clinical setting
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and monitoring techniques
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care
  • Location 1 
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–5p 
    • 3 ORs 
    • Team: 2 CRNAs & 1 MD 
    • Daily Volume: 30 patients 
  • Location 2 
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30a–3:30p 
    • 4 ORs 
    • Team: 4 CRNAs & 1 MD 
    • Daily Volume: 30 patients 
  • Location 3 
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–5p 
    • 2 ORs (MAC) 
    • Team: 2 CRNAs & 1 MD 
    • Daily Volume: 12 cases 
  • Location 4 
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–5p 
    • 3 ORs (1 general anesthesia + 2 MAC) 
    • Team: 2 CRNAs & 1 MD 
    • Daily Volume: 10–12 cases 
  • Supervision Model 
  • EMR: Epic 
  • Paid licensing, travel, and expenses
