This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a dynamic medical practice environment.
As a Locum CRNA, you will play a critical role in delivering anesthesia services for various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. You will collaborate with a team of skilled healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans, contributing to our commitment to excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
- Assess patients' medical histories and physical conditions
- Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Educate patients and families regarding anesthesia procedures
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification and state licensure
- Experience in a clinical anesthesia setting
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and pharmacology
- Excellent patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment

Call coverage required
Case Mix: Bread and butter ENT, orthopedics, general surgery, bronchs, endo, podiatry, OB/GYN, etc.
Team Structure: 2 Anesthesiologists, 6 CRNAs
Must be board-certified
