As a Locum CRNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering anesthesia care to patients, collaborating closely with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective procedures. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and provide patient education
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
• Stay updated with best practices and advancements in anesthesiology
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active Nurse Anesthetist certification
• 3+ years of experience in anesthesia practice
• Strong clinical skills in administering various types of anesthesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in patient assessment and monitoring techniques
• Knowledge of current anesthetic techniques and medications
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Beeper call shifts available

Patient Census: 8 per shift

Board certification required

Paid travel & expenses
