As a Locum CRNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients across various surgical settings. Your expertise will not only ensure patient safety but also contribute to the efficiency of surgical operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia plans
- Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure patients' safe recovery
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
- Stay current with best practices in anesthesia and pain management
- Participate in continuing education and training programs
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Anesthesia
- Active CRNA certification and state licensure
- Strong clinical skills and experience in anesthesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to adapt to various clinical settings and situations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
Flexible Schedule: 3x 12-hour shifts or 4x 10-hour shifts

Cases: General surgery, neonates and pediatrics, vascular, OB, trauma, orthopedic, neuro (heads and spines), thoracic, urology, gynecologic, ENT, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and plastics preferred
EMR: Epic
Board certification required
