 This contract position requires an on-site presence and offers a unique opportunity to work within the Anesthesiology department, providing critical care services in a fast-paced environment.

As a Locum CRNA, you will play a vital role in delivering anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
• Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay current with anesthesia practices and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing; CRNA certification required
• 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Anesthetist preferred
• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Commitment to maintaining patient safety and comfort
• Current state licensure and certification in anesthesia required

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Call shifts available

Cases: General, orthopedics, gynecology

Comfortability with OB cases preferred

Must be proficient in blocks

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
