As a Locum CRNA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients while collaborating with medical staff to ensure safe and effective outcomes. Your expertise will help us meet the staffing demands of our clients, contributing to improved patient care in various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
- Provide clear communication regarding anesthesia plans and potential risks
- Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and complications
- Document all anesthesia care and maintain accurate patient records
- Stay current with best practices and developments in anesthesia care
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or related field
- Current CRNA certification and state licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in anesthesia practice
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to adapt to varying clinical settings and schedules

Cases: Bread and butter, OB, ortho, GI, robotics, and endo; no pediatrics or hearts
Medically supervised
Must be board-certified
