This on-site, contract position presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the Medical Practice industry, providing critical anesthesiology services in a fast-paced environment.
As a Locum CRNA, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care are met.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans
- Evaluate patients' medical histories and physical assessments
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Respond to emergencies and manage complications effectively
- Educate patients and families on anesthesia-related information
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing with a focus on Anesthesia
- Active CRNA certification and state licensure
- Experience in providing anesthesia care in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needs
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p

OB skills preferred, but not required
Will practice independently; no supervising physician onsite
