Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop anesthesia care plans.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
  • Manage anesthesia equipment and supplies efficiently.
  • Document patient information and anesthesia records accurately.
  • Provide post-anesthesia follow-up care and support.
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in anesthesia care.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Valid CRNA certification and state licensure.
  • Proven experience as a Nurse Anesthetist in various specialties.
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different clinical settings and patient needs.

Schedule: 7a-5p

Call shifts available

Daily Volume: 5 patients

Will cover neonatal patients (0-6 months)

Must be comfortable handling high acuity/sick pediatrics
