Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of cardiac procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and post-anesthetic care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff regarding anesthesia protocols
• Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in anesthesiology and cardiac care

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Experience in Cardiac Anesthesiology preferred
• Valid medical license to practice in Florida
• Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of anesthetic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
