Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment
• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Manage preventive health care and wellness services
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Participate in patient education and counseling
• Stay current with medical guidelines and best practices

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Current board certification in Family Medicine
• Active state medical license in good standing
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient care
• Availability for flexible scheduling and contract work

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p 

Daily Volume: 19-22 patients

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
