As a Hospitalist, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment and support during their hospital stay. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for hospitalized patients
- Conduct patient assessments, exams, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage patient caseloads and ensure continuity of care
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on medical best practices and innovations
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Valid medical license to practice in Florida
- Experience in hospital medicine or relevant clinical settings
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts
