 This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to provide quality patient care on-site while working alongside a skilled team in the medical practice industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical services to patients, managing their treatment plans, and ensuring optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to hospitalized patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct patient assessments and manage ongoing care
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Educate patients and their families on health management
• Stay updated on the latest medical practices and guidelines

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Current board certification in Internal Medicine
• Active medical license in the state of Tennessee
• Prior experience as a Hospitalist or in a similar role
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care

Schedule: 7a-7p or 7p-7a

Nightly Census: 6-8 admissions

Daily Census: Up to 20 patients

Shifts available at facilities in Tennessee and Georgia

Duties: Admissions and cross-cover

No procedures required

Rapid response for your patients

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
