As a Locum Maternal Fetal Medicine physician, you will play a crucial role in managing high-risk pregnancies, conducting consultations, and providing expert guidance to healthcare teams. Your expertise will contribute to improving maternal and fetal outcomes in our community. 

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct detailed ultrasounds and fetal assessments
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers
• Advise on management plans for complex maternal and fetal conditions
• Participate in patient consultations and education
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Ensure compliance with medical guidelines and standards

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Associate-level experience in a clinical setting
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Current medical license to practice in the state of Nebraska

Schedule: 8a-5p in clinic

Call Requirement: Weeknights (5p-8a) and 24-hour weekend shifts

Shifts available at multiple facilities

Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Daily Volume: 15-20 patients

Required Procedures: All standard maternal fetal medicine procedures in a clinic and hospital setting, and obstetrics

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
