 This on-site, contract position provides an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-quality women's healthcare services while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will play a vital role in our medical practice, addressing the diverse needs of our patients. You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, performing routine exams, and managing prenatal and postnatal care. This role serves a fundamental purpose in ensuring the health and well-being of women in our community.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Conduct routine exams, screenings, and preventative care
• Manage prenatal and postnatal care for expectant mothers
• Perform surgical procedures when necessary
• Consult with patients regarding health concerns and treatment options
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements

• Valid MD or DO degree with relevant board certification
• Associate level of experience in Ob/Gyn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Dedication to providing compassionate patient care
• Current medical licensure in the state of practice
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Schedule: 8a-6p or 6p-8a

Level I Newborn Nursery

Setting: Inpatient

Annual Deliveries: ~450

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
