 This on-site contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide quality care to our patients in a supportive environment while contributing to the health and wellness of the community.

As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including patient evaluations, prenatal care, and gynecological surgeries. You will work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care are maintained, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional medical services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Conduct routine examinations and assessments
• Manage prenatal, labor, and postnatal care
• Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of New York
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology (preferred)
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in women's health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Schedule: 24-hour in-house call, 2-4 shifts per month
