In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in the field of Otolaryngology, diagnosing and treating a range of ear, nose, and throat disorders. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients
  • Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat
  • Perform surgical procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans
  • Educate patients and their families about health management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in continuing education and training initiatives
  • Adhere to best practices in patient care and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state
  • Experience in Otolaryngology preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needs

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Call shifts required

Daily Volume: ~25 patients

Caseload: Bread & butter general ENT

Required Procedures: Sinus and nose surgery, plastic skin surgery, scope procedures, excision of small lesions, biopsy, and laser skin lesion procedures

Support Staff: PAs, audiologists, physicians

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
