Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive urological assessments and evaluations
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of urological disorders
  • Perform surgical procedures as necessary
  • Provide guidance and education to patients regarding treatment options
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Participate in on-call duties as required
  • Stay current with advancements in urological medicine

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Current medical license to practice in the state of New York
  • Board certification in Urology is preferred
  • Experience in a clinical setting focusing on urological care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 7-10 day stretches

Duties: Inpatient rounding and performing surgeries

EMR: Sunrise/Allscripts

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
