In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality urological care to patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and contributing to the overall success of our practice. Your expertise will be vital in diagnosing and treating various urological conditions, ensuring patients receive the best possible care during their visit. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of urological conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Stay current with advancements in urology and medical practices
  • Provide patient education on urological health and treatment options
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Associate-level experience in Urology or related field
  • Active medical license in the state of practice
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

No call shifts

Daily Census: 18-20

Procedures: General urology surgeries

No advanced training needed

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & lodging
