In this role, you will play a crucial part in the healthcare delivery system, focusing on patient care in the fields of endocrinology and obstetrics/gynecology. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care in endocrinology and obstetrics/gynecology
- Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Stay updated with the latest medical research and practices
- Participate in patient education and counseling
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Attend medical meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
- Associate level experience in endocrinology and/or obstetrics/gynecology
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and standards
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7a-4:30p), one week per month
Weekday and weekend call coverage
Daily Volume: 12-14 patients per weekday, 10-15 per weekend day
Patient Population: Fertility patients
Egg retrievals and embryo transfers are required
Support Staff: 2 MDs, 3 APPs
Must be board-certified
