As a Locum MD in Hematology Oncology, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating patients with blood disorders and cancer. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments

- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in hematology and oncology
- Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Hematology Oncology or Medical Oncology
- Active medical license to practice in the state
- Previous experience in hematology and oncology settings
- Strong clinical skills and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts) or Monday-Thursday (10-hour shifts)
No call or weekends required
Setting: 98% outpatient
Daily Volume: 15-20 outpatients, 1-3 inpatient consults
Patient Population: Adults
60/40 med/onc split
Support Staff: APPs
EMR: Meditech
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
