This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality neurological care while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

As a Locum MD in Neurology, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and treating neurological disorders, making a significant impact on patients' lives. This role requires collaboration with other specialists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and the best outcomes for our patients

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and neurological examinations
• Diagnose and treat a variety of neurological conditions
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Stay updated on advancements in neurology and related fields
• Provide patient education and support regarding neurological health
• Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency in Neurology
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Ohio
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neurological disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred

Schedule: 7a-7p, 7 on/7 off

Setting: Inpatient

Low daily patient volume

Patient Population: Adults; no pediatrics

Support Staff: 2 MDs, 1 APP

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
