As a Locum MD, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to our patients. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other medical professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
• Current medical license to practice in the relevant state
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8:30a-5p), and Friday (8:30a-12p)

Clinic and call coverage

Daily Volume: 1-4 inpatients, 1 delivery, 1-3 surgeries, and 20-25 clinic patients

Must be comfortable working independently

Support Staff: Midwives

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
