 This on-site, contract position provides a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional care to our patients while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

As a Locum MD in Ob/Gyn, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, including routine examinations, prenatal care, and surgical procedures. Your expertise will directly impact patient health and wellbeing, and you will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized examinations for patients
• Provide prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure patient care
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements in Ob/Gyn
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active medical license to practice in the state
• Experience in Ob/Gyn, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of medical protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p in clinic

Call shifts available Monday-Sunday, 7a-7a

Daily Clinic Volume: 21 patients

Delivery Volume: 40 per month

Surgery Volume: 4-12 per month

Support Staff: OB/GYNs, CMA, nurses

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
