As a Locum MD in Ob/Gyn, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to women's health and ensure that our patients receive compassionate and comprehensive care. This role is essential in supporting our clinical team and maintaining the continuity of care during periods of increased patient volume or staff shortages.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Perform routine examinations and diagnostic procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients on reproductive health and wellness
• Manage labor and delivery processes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Ob/Gyn practices

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Michigan
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in a locum or contract capacity
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care
• Willingness to adhere to all clinical protocols and guidelines
