As a Locum MD in Ob/Gyn, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality medical care to our patients during night hours. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring that women receive the best possible treatment and support. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Perform necessary surgical procedures and manage labor and delivery
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Respond to emergencies and provide timely interventions
• Educate patients about health, wellness, and preventive care
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Active medical license to practice in the state
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology (Associate level)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work night shifts

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7p-7a

Delivery Volume: 700-800+ annually

Level I Nursery

Duties: Deliveries, triage of ED patients, answering patient calls, rounding on ED GYN patients, and rounding on patients in L&D/MBU

Support Staff: CNM

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
