As a Locum MD, you will provide essential medical care and support to patients while collaborating with various healthcare facilities. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a range of women's health issues
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in patient education and counseling
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
- Respond to medical emergencies as required
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active medical license to practice in Texas
- Strong clinical skills and experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Schedule: 6:30a-6:30p, 6:30p-6:30a, or 24-hour shifts available
Level IV Maternal, Level IV NICU
Will work in the OBED and take unassigned patients
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
