As a Locum MD, you will provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to our patients, ensuring their health and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, contributing to a collaborative approach that emphasizes patient-centered care. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional medical services within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Conduct patient examinations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat a variety of Ob/Gyn conditions
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in medical staff meetings and training sessions
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics
• Stay current with advancements in Ob/Gyn practices and technologies

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
• Active medical license to practice in the state of Florida
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology (Associate level)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to perform necessary procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems

Schedule: 5p-7a, 5-10 shifts a month

Annual Deliveries: 3,300

Support Staff: Midwife, physicians on call, and residents

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
