Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in various healthcare settings
• Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in medical staff meetings and professional development activities
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards in pediatric care

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Pediatrics
• 5+ years of experience in pediatric medicine
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Current state medical license and DEA registration
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Shifts: Call coverage from Friday 5p-Monday 8a

Schedule: 2 weekends per month

Setting: Inpatient

Daily Volume: 4-5 pediatric patients

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
