 This contract position is an excellent opportunity for an Associate-level physician to provide high-quality patient care in a thriving medical practice environment.

As a Locum MD in Podiatry, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating foot and ankle conditions, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing the overall health and well-being of our patients, ensuring that they receive the best possible treatment options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations
• Diagnose and treat various podiatric conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in podiatry
• Provide patient education on foot care and preventive measures

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Current medical license to practice in the state
• Experience in podiatry preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus

Schedule: 8a-5p, 1 week per month

Procedures: Ingrown toenail clippings, wound care

Must be board-certified
