As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients through the use of medical imaging techniques. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
• Interpret medical images and provide accurate diagnoses
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop patient treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in patient consultations and provide expert recommendations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in radiology
• Stay current with advancements in radiologic technology and practices
• Contribute to departmental quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active medical license to practice in the state of Washington
• Completion of residency in Radiology
• Board certification in Radiology is preferred
• Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnostic imaging
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Setting: Onsite

Daily Volume: 45 RVUs

Cases: 80% IR and 20% general DX

Required Procedures: Aspiration, drainage, catheterization, biopsy, CT guidance, injections, etc.

Technology: RPCE Tech Stack & Powerscribe 4.0

Must be board-certified
