As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Your expertise will directly impact the effectiveness of our clients' healthcare delivery, making this position both rewarding and essential. 

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
• Interpret and analyze imaging results to provide accurate diagnoses
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and results
• Document patient information and imaging findings in electronic health records
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Stay current with advancements in radiology techniques and technology

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license in the state of Florida
• Board certification in Radiology or eligibility
• Experience in diagnostic imaging procedures
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems

No call required

Daily Volume: 50 screeners or 20 diagnostic studies/procedures

Board certification required
