 This on-site, contract position presents an exciting opportunity to provide critical radiological services in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services that aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs
• Interpret imaging results and provide accurate diagnoses
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in radiology
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Stay updated on advancements in radiological technology and techniques
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior radiologists and medical staff

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid medical license
• Completion of residency in Radiology
• Associate-level experience in a clinical radiology setting
• Strong proficiency in imaging techniques and interpretation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Schedule: 8a-4p, 1 week per month

Overnight and weekend call shifts required

Support Staff: 2 additional interventional radiologists

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
