Currently seeking a Locum MD (Medical Doctor) or CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) specializing in Anesthesiology , you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality medical care to patients in need of anesthesia services. You will be involved in a variety of medical projects, ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals undergoing surgical procedures. This position is vital to our company's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services and maintaining patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or other medical procedures.
- Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels during procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Evaluate patients' medical history to determine the most appropriate anesthesia plan.
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of anesthesia administration.
- Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license.
- Proven experience in administering anesthesia in a medical setting.
- Strong understanding of anesthesia principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-5:30p
Weeknight and weekend beeper call shifts
Cases: General, GYN, ENT, vascular, thoracic, urology, etc.
No neuro or spine cases
EMR: Meditech
Board certification required
Paid travel & expenses
