In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions, ensuring they receive the best care possible. As a Locum Doctor, you will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive cardiology services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with cardiovascular diseases
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families about cardiovascular health and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiology
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
• Experience in cardiology or relevant medical specialty
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Knowledge of current cardiology practices and technologies

Schedule: 24-hour call shifts

Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Tests: Echocardiograms, stress tests/ETTs, EKGs/ECGs, nuclear cardiology, etc.

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
