As a Locum MD/DO in Emergency Medicine, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to patients in urgent need. You will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients receive prompt and effective treatment. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostics
• Stabilize patients and manage acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately
• Participate in emergency response drills and training sessions
• Maintain compliance with medical regulations and protocols
• Engage in continuous professional development and training

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Current state medical license in good standing
• Completion of residency in Emergency Medicine
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
• Experience in emergency medical settings is preferred
• Level III Trauma

Schedule: 7a-7p, 2p-10p, or 7p-7a

Must be willing to work days, nights, and holidays

Shifts available at multiple facilities

Annual Volume: 40,000 patients

Support Staff: APPs

EMR: Meditech

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
