Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to emergency medical situations and provide immediate care.
  • Perform medical assessments, examinations, and diagnostic tests on patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stabilize patients experiencing trauma, injuries, or acute medical conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established guidelines.
  • Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members in high-stress situations.

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Osteopathic Doctor (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine or relevant specialty.
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in emergency medical care and trauma management.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.
