This full-time, on-site position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to patient care while working in a fast-paced staffing and recruiting environment.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients, working closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of medical conditions, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical assessments and care to patients
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Family Medicine
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Active medical license in the state of practice
  • Experience in Family Medicine or related field
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (7:30a-5p or 8a-5p) and Friday (7:30a-2p)

Patient Volume: 20-30 per day

Patient Population: Ages 12+

Duties: Minor injuries, routine check-ups, immunizations, management of chronic illness or conditions, well-women exams, EKGs, referrals to specialists, etc.

Support Staff: 3 additional physicians

EMR: eCW

Must be board-certified
