As a Locum MD/DO, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive medical care to patients, addressing their diverse healthcare needs. This position is ideal for those looking to enhance their clinical experience while contributing to a community-focused healthcare setting. 

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients in a family medicine and internal medicine setting
• Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Experience in family medicine and internal medicine preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
• Previous locum tenens experience is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p

Patient Census: 10-12 per day

EMR: RPMS

Must be board-certified

Any active state license accepted

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
