 This on-site, contract position is ideal for professionals at the mid-senior level looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare staffing and recruiting industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and neurosurgical services while working closely with our dedicated team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to important projects that enhance patient outcomes and streamline staffing solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality neurosurgical care to patients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans
  • Perform surgical procedures and manage post-operative care
  • Conduct patient consultations and assess health status
  • Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Stay current with advancements in neurosurgery and healthcare practices

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Neurosurgery
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in neurosurgery
  • Strong surgical skills and proficiency in advanced neurosurgical techniques
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Active medical license in the state of Tennessee

Schedule: 24-hour call shifts

Duties: Endovascular neurointerventions, op and post-op notes, and post-op follow-ups

Procedure Setting: Interventional neurology lab and OR

Required Procedures: Endovascular neuro procedures, thrombectomies, aneurysms

Support Staff: APPs, RNs, RT, and normal OR staff (RN, surg tech, etc.) 

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
