In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering quality medical services within the field of radiology. As a Locum MD/DO, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing diagnostic imaging, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and review medical histories
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care and address any concerns
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Stay current with advancements in radiology and medical practices
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state
  • Experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred

Schedule: Saturday-Sunday, 8a-9p

Setting: Remote

Reading ED cases

Daily Volume: ~50 scans

~50% general reads, ~40% CTs, ~10% other

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
