Description
In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services to our clients in Conyers. Your expertise in treating patients with blood disorders and cancer will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the community. You will be involved in a variety of challenging and rewarding projects, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare staffing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in case conferences and tumor boards.
- Adhere to all relevant medical protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Hematology Oncology.
- Valid medical license in the state of practice.
- Board certification in Hematology Oncology.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 4-5 weekdays per week
No call requirement
Patient Volume: 16-18 per day
Team Structure: 3 MDs, 1 APP
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
