As a Locum Urologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare partners during staffing shortages. Your expertise will contribute significantly to patient outcomes and operational efficiency within our client facilities. 
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality urological care to patients in a clinical setting
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Stay current with advancements in urology and related medical fields
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice
- Educate patients on urological health and preventive care
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Board certification in Urology
- 3+ years of clinical experience in urology
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
- Strong diagnostic and procedural skills in urology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Strong commitment to patient care and ethical practice
Schedule: 24-hour call shifts
Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding and procedures
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
