Responsibilities:

  • Conduct urological examinations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with urological conditions.
  • Perform urological surgeries as needed.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of Urology.
  • Provide guidance and support to medical staff and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in Urology.
  • Valid state medical license.
  • Proven experience working in Urology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care.

Schedule: Weekend call (Thursday 5p-Monday 4p), 1 weekend per month

Daily Volume: 10+ consults

Weekend Volume: 18-36 patients to round on, some procedures

Basic urological procedures required

Must be comfortable working independently

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Paid travel & expenses
