We are currently seeking a skilled Locum MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Urology In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services to our clients in Medford. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the well-being of patients and the success of various healthcare projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the medical field while working on diverse and challenging assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct urological examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients.
- Perform surgical procedures related to urology as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding urological conditions and treatments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all relevant medical protocols, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Stay current with advancements in the field of urology through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Urology.
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Urologist.
- Proven experience working as a Urology specialist in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8-hour shifts
Call Requirement: Friday-Sunday, 1 weekend per month
