Responsibilities
- Assist in the assessment and management of critically ill patients
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop care plans
- Perform physical examinations and record patient health histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and management
- Document all care provided in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and continuous education activities
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Lewistown
- Basic knowledge of critical care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
