In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive family medicine services, diagnosing and treating a range of medical conditions, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare team members. This position is essential in ensuring that we continue to uphold our commitment to high-quality care and patient satisfaction in our medical practice. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Perform routine physical exams and preventive health screenings
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient education
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in continuing education and training programs

Requirements

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Experience in Family Medicine or primary care setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Setting: Outpatient

Patient Volume: 18-20 per day

Support Staff: Pediatrician and Internal Medicine MD

EMR: Athena

Must speak Vietnamese with a Gulf Coast dialect

Board certification required

Paid travel & expenses
