As a Locum NP or PA, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, focusing on patient-centered care that enhances the health and well-being of our community. You'll handle various responsibilities, from conducting comprehensive assessments to developing treatment plans, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform routine exams and preventive care services.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and manage patient care.
- Educate patients on health management and prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Document patient interactions and care plans accurately.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current NP or PA certification and state licensure.
- Experience in a Family Medicine setting preferred.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Daily Volume: 12 patients
Patient Population: All ages
Duties: Provide acute, emergent, and chronic healthcare, including minor outpatient procedures
Support Staff: Physician & clinical director
Must be board-certified
AHA, BLS & DEA required
Paid travel & expenses
