As a Locum NP or PA, you will provide high-quality patient care, performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans under the supervision of a physician. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing our family medicine services, ensuring that our patients receive personalized and comprehensive healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform various medical procedures as needed
- Educate patients and their families on health management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical protocols and practices
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or related field; valid NP or PA certification
- Prior experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Current licensing and certifications as required by state regulations
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
No call or weekend requirement
Setting: Outpatient
Daily Volume: 8-12 patients
Must be board-certified
DEA required
