Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention
• Assist in diagnostic procedures and interpret laboratory results
• Participate in patient rounds and case discussions
• Stay current with medical best practices and guidelines

Requirements

• Active NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
• Recent graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of internal medicine principles
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Basic proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus

Schedule: 2p-12:30a, 6p-4:30a, or 12p-12a

Patient Volume: 20-25 admissions per night

Duties: Admissions and cross-cover for acute issues on the floor

Support Staff: MD on call, APPs

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
