Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Manage patient medication and monitor for effectiveness
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention
- Participate in hospital rounds and case discussions
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely follow-up care
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Experience in internal medicine or hospitalist settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Commitment to continuous professional development and education
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs
12-hour day or night shifts

Board certification required
